I am trying to get into shape this summer but I'm finding very hard as I have lack of motivation and virtually no will power (apparently the fact I'll be buff as a buff thing that just won a buffness competition isn't enough).
Has anyone got any ideas of how I can motivate myself?

But I joined a gym and go three times a week with my friend as a gym partner. We try and beat each other so it really helps. The gym is quite boring though so I'd recommend going to exercise classes like boxercise or circuit training, or even martial arts. Or force yourself into doing exercise by getting someone to drive you to a point about 3 miles from your house shortly before a footy match starts. You'll have to run hard to see the kick off but it'll be worth it :D
