Dreams.Black&white or Technicolour??

I heard that the human brain dreams in Black and White. I definately dream in Colour. Where does this theory come from?

The idea of black & white dreams came about around the same time TV did, which, of course, was in b&w first. The idea (along with b&w TV's) is much less common, but still lingers. Before TV's, the notion of dreaming w/o color was not common. Some researchers believe that color memory doesn't last as long, so we forget about the color...seems a bit silly, since I've never forgot what color something was and I definitely dream in color, too.
