The smugness brought on by healthy fruit eating (below question) has led to someone challenging me to try ad get a 6-pack. I'm not bothered really, but I am competitive enough to try it. I'm pretty slim, so there won't be any weight loss involved, but I wouldn't really know what exercises to do or where to start. I'm not that bothered if I don't get there, but I've got 2 months to get as far as I can. Training plans please.

hows your nether regions nick - still sore from the loose stool activity.
the smudgeness brought on by fruit eating has left you with a ringo like a blood orange so steer clear of strenuous exercise or you may commit a childish act.
I just run ,do sit ups and crunches and just generally work out and I'm 45 and stil have mine, but then I was always reasonably well muscled as I ride and swim a lot and run every day and always have.Just do a fair bit of general excercise first then target your abs etc. and enjoy it:)
Purchase something called an 'Ab Cruncher' from Argos (I take it you're in Britain). Then, assemble it and follow the instructions that come with it.

Apparently, if you do 50 a day, for two weeks, you'll start to notice results. I haven't done it myself, though.
