I have to admit that if Justin Lee Collins, Eddie Izzard or Noel Fielding (checting really cause Noel is visually stunning) came knocking at my door to ask me out, I wouldnt have time to grab my coat.
Is it the same in real life? I have always thought that men dont really find women funny anyway so is it the same for you guys. I have to admit boyfriends that I have thought were funny to start with have just become irritating and embarrassing towards the end and what attracted me to start with became something I hated.

We ended up going out for a couple of years and even now there is no-one that makes me laugh more than him, we are still great friends. Even now people look at us like we are daft cause we cannot sit in each others company with out being in tears of laughter the whole time.
I love a man that can make me laugh and that in itself is very attractive. Not a big one for looks, personality counts everytime for me. That doesn't eman i don't appreciate eye candy but relationships are different. I think you see that person as attracticve in looks if the personlity is also attractive, if you know what i mean. I don't agree that men don't find women funny, i just think its lower on their list of priorities whereas most women will put sense of humour near the top of the list.
No, they are just funnier!!
I think it's down to individual taste as to what people consider attractive in the opposite sex (or same sex if you're that way inclined). I happen to consider humour as attractive, but there are a lot of other traits that are required too! Personally, I find Eddie Izzard drop dead sexy!! But that's because he's funny, intelligent, speaks fluent French, flirtatious, handsome, quirky, candid, quick-witted, eclectic and sexy!! Mmmmmmm.... *dribble* *slurp*

Hi goods,
A sense of humour is a must, and be able to laugh at yourself, I met mrs sparx 40 years ago and we are allways laughing, you have to exercise the chuckle muscles it is more of a strain to frown than laugh, some people go over the top,cos sometimes you gotta be serious, I could not go out with some old sow that sat there like a bulldog chewing a wasp,I find it very attractive to have someone you can laugh with, to much notice put on outside beauty,
Take care, Ray xx

Yes, men who can make a woman laugh have a lot going for them.
For instance, in the first year of uni, I was rude towards the Politics lecturer. Everyone laughed, and after the lecture this absolutely stunning girl came up to me and started talking to me. Never in a million years, could I imagine her doing that, before that lecture. I did it again, in the final year...and once more, she came up to me and started talking to me (she even gave me her number, because I needed her help with something).
So yes, being able to make people laugh is an attracitve trait. Oh, the joke I told was: the lectuerer asked if anyone has read this book called 'Look Back in Anger.' I immediately put up my hand and asked 'Isn't that a song by Oasis?'
I didn't think it was that funny...lol

I think it's essential to be with someone who makes you laugh, everyone I've ever loved has always been a bit of a comic. But my dad is a very funny person, and very quick witted, and that's why I personally go for comical, quick witted guys.
I think it makes guys in particular alot more attractive, I have never ever (and probably never will) gone on looks and/or age, as long as I feel like myself around that person, and they can make me laugh, then that's all that matters.
But the weird thing is, my naturally quite mature and serious, and I think the guys find that if they can make me laugh then it's an achievement, so I continously have guys at work that want to make me laugh. But I think they all know I like one in particular. ;-p

Ooooh get you Goodsoulette,
Can I get his number? hehe.
To be honest even though I said I go for a guy with a sense of humour, but I do seem to go for slight older guys. But if they made me laugh then I probably wouldn't mind their age. The guy Ive bonded with is late 20s.
But, you know, who cares as long as their funny.
