You can say all you like about me but one thing I am is forgiving.I have had a few ABers apologise for their behaviour since coming on this website and I have forgiven all of them.If someone had done something terrible to me all they would have to do is say sorry and I would forgive them instantly. However I think most people find it hard to forgive so I was wondering. Are you forgiving?

Oh I am sure those already exist, Pink ~ especially on the council estates like where I was brung up..nobody ever got away with nowt in them days ;o)
Sorry PinkFizz, but Im killing myself laughing here!! Ive just realised that one of the weblinks on the right reads, Fat Belly? Lose stomach. Hahahahahaha!

Sorry. :o|

Terribly awfully sorry. :o|

Will you ever forgive me?
ooooh whiffey..you a Spike fan too.. blimey ~ have I found a soulmate? ;o)
I saw a woman in town the other day screaming at her child calling him a f***Ing b***ard and she hit him round the face - he was only about 7 years old - it took all my strength not to punch her in the face
I would have arrested her Pink ~ in the *citizens* sense of course!

What an evil witch. It appalls me, truly :o(
my grandmother worked with Spike Milligans wife!!
Bluddy hell. It's just mindless, moronic parenting if you ask me. What happens when smacking is officially banned? Do we then get to rugby tackle the likes of this woman to the ground and give them a taste of their own medicine?
I can see sexyrussian's point. However, I believe that there are some things which are unforgiveable. If someone murdered my child there is NO WAY I could forgive them. If that makes me a bad person, then so be it. I wouldn't criticise someone else for being able to do it - each to their own...
I was so upset Pippa - I was in tears!!
Ooh yer if I'd have seen that pink I would have been disgusted too.
Seagoon: What's your name?
Eccles: Ah, the hard ones first, eh?

There was loads of forgiveness in The Goon Show, all the time forgiveness here, forgiveness there, forgiveness all over the place, poor Bluebottle deaded but always forgiving.
Champers - you're lucky I like you !! lol
Seriously though... what do you think it would be like being married to Spike Milligan? Do you think you'd be laughing all the time? Slightly irritated? Or do you think you'd go completely bonkers within a week?
Champagne, I used to do a lot of work for Spike milligan, he was nearly allways depressed, spent a lot of time just locked in his office,I am sad to say
Well according to his wife he was a right miserable old sod at home - very depressing!!
In stark contrast to the cuddly homeliness of the Goons, later evolutions were not so forgiving. Here is Basil Fawlty:

German: Will you stop talking about the war!
Basil: Me? You started it!
German: We did not start it.
Basil: Yes you did, you invaded Poland!

This is awfully unforgiving.

Snap ray!!
lol @ Whiffey!!
yes pink, very funny yet sad man,he shared offices with eric sykes in orme court, bayswater, west london
Pink ~ which wife did she work with?

In the words of his manager, Spike wasn't a funny man..he was a funny writer. He batled mental illness and for the most part fought a losing battle as he was far too passionate about issues he had no control over eg the environment, world poverty & the Catholic view on contraception. Mind you, he had a fair few kiddies himself ;o)
