Age

How old is old? 20yrs ago 40 was quite old but now it's hard to tell the age of someone between the ages of 35yrs and 45yrs. Do you think that has always been the case or is it relative to nowadays? I'm 42 and it's not a problem, I know I look 5yrs younger (so I'm told!), in fact I like being the age I am, I feel more settled and more laid back about things. All you over 40's are you happy with your age?

My bloke is a pain but i put up with it cos he needs a brain to operate and he falls short, i am on my own parents wise but they are with me at all the right times and my house is just on the verge of being worth 120,000 more than I paid for it and my mortgage finishes in a few years.
When you're 20, thirty seems olds.
When you reach thirty, you're not old until you reach 40.
When you hit 40, it seems the end of the world but it isn't.
At 50 you're still ten years away from the Big Six.
At 70, you've reached your three score years and ten but thanks to modern medicine you've still got plenty if time ahead.
At 80 you've enjoyed an unexpected bonus of ten years.
At 90 you're still young because you haven't yet received the telegram from the queen.
At 100, well, you're getting pretty old but you've had a good innings,
If you make it past 100, life's too short to worry about your age anyway.
So, whatever age you are, make the most of it !
