don't suddenly eat too little as your body will think u are starving and start to store fat for survival, u will gain weight, cut out bread and potatoes and stodgey stuff and drink loads of waer and 5 portions of fruit a day. Oh and go swimming every day.
Dot's right suzi, I tried for years to lose weight, crash diets only cause you to gain weight in the long run.
I managed to lose around 3 stone just by not eating everything on my plate, cooking everything from scratch so I can see what's going into the meal.
no weighing foods, no buying special diet bars or milkshakes... just real food and plenty of walking.
Realistically you'll only lose about 4lb in 2 weeks, Suz. If you lose any more in weight then it's likely to be just water anyway! Plus with crash-dieting you tend to put the weight on a lot quicker afterwards which is not healthy.
Certainly skip the peanut butter as that's fattening. And stop buying magazines with beautiful bodies in!! Invest in 2 well fitting bikinis and a pretty chiffon sarong. Even curvy women can look stunning. x
Im realistic enough to know that at 45 Im not going to change that much. Im a size 12 and need to lose perhaps 10 lbs tops. I'll never be skinny but still we can all dream. I think Im eating sensibly and will stick to it for a couple of weeks. I've lost 8 Lbs since Christmas so thats steady enough! Just the last push for which I needed that two week incentive.

do wat i did just pretend every food is disgusting and it will kill you if you eat it except for 2 things.......i went about four months eating only burger king and pasta i lost about 3stone lol
and im still skinny now yay!

crash diets usually work for me, but i'm young and really thin.
Just go out all the time i always eat when i'm bored, just keep on the move and try and do as much exercise as possible.
get rid of all the junk food in your house!
