Try looking in a mirror, preferably whilst naked, and you'll find the answer very quickly.
you're nothing out of the ordinary according to this: http://www.shsweb.co.uk/ff/bmicalc.html - not a foolproof test but a useful indicator nevertheless
goodness, no youre not fat. Im about your height and a good stone and a 'bit' heavier than you. You're much nearer the ideal weight for your height.
can you 'pinch more than an inch' on your waist? Then your fat. But don't worry, fat is the norm in the West :-)

Paul, not nice and not constructive, this is one of those topics where a persons sense of humour flies out the window. Mizfiesta, fat is a personal thing, you can look at the height-weight ratio charts and they will give you a rough idea of what you should weigh, it doesn't really account for bone structure (broad to petite), fat distribution around the body, etc. The most most important thing is to be happy in your own skin, if you're happy with what you see in the mirror, it doesn't matter what other people think.
No. Plain and simple, i am 5'4" and weigh 9 stone. I am just right for my size, but boardering on underweight, what i would give to be your weight, stop panicking. But if you feel too big then go for a run. If your happy and someone has said something to you...ignore them..be yourself.
Basically, humans being what we are, I don't think we are ever completely happy with the way we look. I'm 5'6" and 8.5 stone but am sometimes envious of my more voluptuous friends with their stunning cleavages! But they of course moan about their 'fat thighs/bum' etc. Basically, you can't win, so what I'm saying is, as has already been said, just be happy with who and what you are and don't let your insecurities lead you to fund the diet and beauty industry any further!
