Skin peeling problem

At the side of my fingernails, on the skin right where the nail ends i sometimes get very thin strands of skin peeling off, and it causes discomfort. Sometimes it starts bleeding...and i dont know how to prevent it! Any ideas? Thanks.

It's eczema. Get from hydrocortisone cream from your chemist. That should help.

i thought these were called quicks? if it was eczema i certainly wouldn't use steroids, supressing eczema causes other problems. i treated my baby sons eczema completely without touching anything like steroids.
