Hi Everyone

My boyfriends friend was killed yesterday in a motor accident. I didnt know him well as they had drifted apart over the last 2 years. I know that there is not much I can say to help him but any advice would be much appreciated.

mdoo has said it all. Just be there and listen to what he wants and how he feels.
how has your boyfriend been since the news? Has he been in touch with his other friends who all knew this poor lad? What about helping him write a letter of sympathy to the parents?
im so very sorry to hear this..:(
I would just be there to listen to him,and be a shoulder to cry on if needed. How is he coping with the news?

I'm really sorry to hear this. I think all you can do is be there to listen or just hug. There is absolutely no right thing to say when something like this happens and you just need to support them. Take care and good luck to you.
