Poor girl, hindsight is always 20/20 but Red is right, don't drop this and now that you do have Ward's advice put it to good use. The man is a bully and can't be allowed to get away with this.
It'll be ok hun, it just seems cr&p at the minute but remember, you're in the right. This guy will trip himself up too, they always do.
The policewoman has just this sec rang - says she has been to his work and his home and he is not at either so she has left a message for night shift to try again after 7pm.
WM - I asked her exactly what she was doing and she says that she wasnt cautioning him but was giving a "verbal harrasment warning" ??
ah right, so its a 'dont do it again you naughty boy'.
I cant believe that the domestic violence section of the police is taking such a soft approach to someone who has previously been involved in violence. Text messages are mental abuse, in my book as bad a physical abuse.
Im not happy at all!! Hopefully WM will check this thread later and give some advice.God forbid if ex actually did anything he said he would in txt - what the hell would the police say then!?
Im going to see what they come back and say later this eve and if Im not happy then yes I will definitely ring the station back. How do they know that he isnt being serious!!
Hi - a lady from the control centre rang me at 9pm last night
to say that she had been radioed by officers who said that they had finally found him at home and issued a verbal harassment warning.I asked what he has said and how he had reacted but she said she didnt have a clue!
Well that's a lot of help!! It would be good of them to tell you how he reacted bearing in mind they've done bu**er all!!! Have you heard from him yet pinky??? I hope eveything's ok xx
Well from the sort of person that he sounds like, if he was fuming you would have heard something by now!! Mainly a lot of abuse!! Lets hope he's in shock and that he thinks twice about being a k**bhead again!!
