does anyone know how long it takes to fade? its only been put on once, cheers :)

If you do not reapply it then it should fade naturally within a few days. You have to keep topping it up to see the benefits of it. Why do you want to fade it , do you not like it ? I love the Dove summer glow and feel that it gives a nice subtle sunkissed glow to your skin. It's my summer favourite at the moment.

Yeah i like the stuff takes away the awful paleness of my legs lol.
its quite embarassing actually lets just say somehow i now have a face drawn on me in it lol.

I think you only really see the benefit of it after about six days ..... so I wouldn't just give up after one day .... personally I think its brilliant .. and no smell (or I can't smell it !!!!)

Oh dear Coni. (Trying not to laugh !!) Can't you just keep topping it up rather than fading it out ? I'm sure you'll be pleased with the results when the colour comes through. I agree that it does take about six days for you to see the benefit of it however regarding the smell , it's a nice , fresh smell and I always thought that it smelled a bit peachy (maybe that's just me) - not like a lot of fake tans which can smell awful. Anyway , recently I was standing in my bank - on one of the busiest days of the year I may add - with my children and I felt good about myself , having spent days building up the colour , exfoliating , using a lovely Dove moisturiser etc and I had a spring in my step ........... until my eldest daughter cuddled in to me and shouted at the top of her voice ' urgh ! Mum your arm stinks ! You smell as bad as my arm did when I got my stookie off !' Talk about instantly deflated ! I hardly think so. She just didn't like the smell of it but she could have phrased it a bit better instead of leaving me to burn with shame. I made it worse by saying quite loudly that it was my fake tan - talk about making things worse by letting everyone know that my nice summer glow was out of a bottle. If anyone's looking for Mrs Stinky , i'll be over in the corner , crying with shame lol !!!

lol how embarassing, i think its smells aright.
i was thinking about topping it up but was thinking the face would go darker than the surrounding skin lol

aww i have the dove one and i can see a different within in one day! i do have rather pale skin though hehe. i also tried the nutri summer one which smells nicer when u put it on but looks a bit orange i think. hope your tan is better than mine coni!

My tans not too good seen as i stay out of the sun cause it brings out my freckles which im not too keen on lol.
Im the person who everyone compares their tan to knowing that it will be better than mine!
