I'm sorry if this is a bit off track, but the only reason I've been wary of such diets is the fact that you can't do them all your life. Just like you couldnt (physically or motivationally) eat protien forever, it is unrealistic to think that you would be calculating points everytime you ate until you died. This is highly cliched and also very irratating for people who are genuinely trying to lose weight, but it is a much better plan to make a change in your lifestyle, become educated about the food you eat, and eat in moderation accordingly. Something that you can always do. Also, decide to be overall, more active in your everyday life. This is certainly a slow process but it is a sure one. The results will be longer lasting and you will feel more fulfilled comapred to if you have to obsess about food and their points everytime you eat.
