Many thanks to all of you who reponded to my question yesterday http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Q uestion262934.htmlyour replies made me feel much better. I picked my son up from school and he'd had a great day, most lessons outside under a tree in the shade. He went off to school this morning equally happy and I met my two nephews on the way who were as miserable as sin because they didn't want to go in today either. So I guess tough love pays off!
Sorry I didn't respond yesterday but I got really busy and didn't get a chance to log on last night.

Morning Hellion! Ive only just seen your original thread,but I would have done exactly the same as you.I mean,if I had let my son have the day off then he would be insisting that every day was too hot! Or too cold! lol
