Are you comfortable with yourself?

Would you enjoy a few hours alone without any noise ...just quiet, relaxing time...reading, or thinking. Or do you need distractions so you don't think about the things you don't want to think about?

I found I did like the odd few hours to myself when I lived with my boyfriend, now we have split up, I am living on my own for the first time and not liking being alone at all!!
I fnd it depends on wat is happening in my life to whether I enjoy having time alone to think. At the moment I dont like having time to think because it just upsets me, whereas before I could quite happily lie down and read for a few hours.
So I would say it depends on what things are happening around me at that moment!

i spend most of my time time away from work alone. and i went on holiday to NY by myself last year.
i have absolutely no problem with my own company - maybe it's the results of being an only child - but i do occasionally find myself overthinking things...but it's easy enough to find distractions....i love getting lost in a book.
