does anyone have any ideas on making boils go away?

sudocream is pretty good for things like that but it won't make them go overnight unfortunately. But applied every day can be quite effective.

Apparently toothpaste left on over night dries them out and brings out the head. This should make them less red or painful the next day.

Just make sure you remember to wash it off before you go out!

Wash the area, pat dry & apply a liberal amount of witchazel on some cottonwool.

Hi Alan 07,
Many Years ago I was in the army out East and had a spell in Hospital where we had to help out on the wards, There was a guy who had 41 Boils on his legs and the Indian Doctor prescribed a paste made up of Glycerine and Magh Sulph (Epsom Salts) which was applied twice a day and yes it did work, The Salts were the drawing Agent , and The Glycerine was the soothing agent.
