Update to a few weeks ago - boys night out.

Im still shaking as I write this and I don't know what to do.You may remember I wrote about b/f having a night out with lads and staying in hotel,etc and was I being paranoid.Well I have just gone to file his credit card statement,and amongst the mounds of transactions there is the hotel for that night - not the one he said,not where he said,and for the most espensive suite,with a spa etc and now I want to throw up.

aww pink, i have just read this whole thing...i know exactly what you are going through and it just makes you feel sick. i hope it all works out for you and that it is all a big misunderstanding....but if it is what you think it is then you deserve so much better...take care of yourself. xxxxxx

morning guys.Well........I didnt mention it again till kids were in bed,then I casually said how strange it was that a hotel was on CC bill that he hadnt stayed at.He asked to look and said he was baffled - he swore he stayed where he told me.Then he said that he seemed to recall the hotel being taken over by another chain and said that I was free to call hotel and check he had stayed there.This made me feel very awkaard but I agreed to just ask them if they had ever been called anything else.

So I rang hotel and said that we had a CC bill with the name of an exclusive hotel on,she asked for his name which I then had to give and she comfirmed that yes he had stayed there as he said.(I didnt ask how many in room -how could i !!) So then I asked why bill said another name and she went to check and came back and said that they did indeed used to be the other name but for some reason all their receipts still printed the old name!!So then I jokily saod to her,that it could have caused a huge misunderstanding with some couples!!!
So what do you think??

I think he is telling you the truth,as it is all falling into place now,the name change of hotel etc, if you have no other reason to doubt what he says,you must try to move on from it now, he sounds genuine to me,but then I am a bloke,hope all turns out ok,take care pinky, Ray xx

Morning Ray.Yes I think he is telling the truth.Admittedly he lied about the price but maybe he thought it was a bit extravagant for a boys eve and thought I would be cross,which I wouldnt have been - he earns his money so he can spend it,

Us blokes aren't as practicle with money as you ladies,but from the things you have said about him before, I really believe he adores you,and who could blame him, I would say pink " you don't go out for a burger if youv'e got sirloin steak at home" so don't worry,you have a great weekend as well, Ray xx

awww thanks Wee Kaz.I do feel a bit of an idiot now but god,how stupid of the hotel not to alter their billing details!! Imagine if I'd done something daft before speaking to him!
