much appreciated mycats, it has been a depressing week for me, i have been working so hard under extreme pressure and it has been so relentless but there is light at the end of the tunnel, our union representative has called a go slow and potential all out strike and down tools for midnight on Wednesday and so at least we will have a few days off later this week.

perhaps the report process should be more of a palaver and take a bit of time to get through - that would make the trigger happy reporting brigade less likely to bother so much.

it is just to quick and easy to do - (well it was the last time i did it - which was a while ago so it could have changed i suppose)
