i don't i am not ticklish, honest, never have been not even my feet. i laugh when someone tickles my fancy though.
I'm very ticklish..I'm laffing now reading this thread... :)
That Russian thingy makes me lmao sure i'm going to cry when it runs out of Email addresses
ps,if it appears on this thread ignor it lol
studies suggest that tickling is a reflex action, somewhat akin to the
jerking response experienced when your knee is hit by a rubber mallet in just
the right spot. With tickling, instead, you burst into smiles or laughter and
sometimes squirm or pull your body away to get away from the source of the
tickling.
Further, even though the response from tickling is outwardly gleeful, the inward
feeling is not mirthful, unlike when you have just heard a good joke. Instead,
the feeling may be more closely aligned with other emotions such as social
anxiety or nervous laughter.

Can I just say - I DESPISE being tickled. Seriously, it freaks me out. Does anyone actually like it?
I hate being tickled and it doesnt make me laugh at all. Im not ticklish on my feet so that doesnt bother me but if someone tickles my ribs I try to laugh it off to start with then get really annoyed.

I love being tickled but it depends where. We used to play a game called 'tickling' when we were kids. You had to stroke someone's arm 20 times, and then change over. But I hate being tickled under my arms, or when I'm not expecting it.
I'm with mycats and pixi. I *hate* being tickled, and it was only after a seriously violent outburst with someone who was persisting that I got it stopped.

To some people tickling is simply not funny.

(kuhugaq - how is it possible to run out of email addresses ? Just interested, that is all)
i agree whiffy, i hate being tickled, i regard it as a form of torture.
I'm afraid my reflex action to being tickled is to punch the person tickling me. I detest it.
Nope! I don't laugh either! To me its the same as if you did it to yourself! Not Funny!!

I dont do tickling either, When i was younger i thought it was because i couldnt tickle, like it was a skill!
I'm in with all you tickle haters, I can't stand it! It makes me laugh hysterically like Stan Laurel for a start, way far away from my normal laugh!

My man doesn't tickle me anymore, he did for a while when we first met despite my protests, until one time i was wriggling so much to get away i accidentally elbowed him in the face and blacked his eye, LOL! Now THAT made me laugh :o)
