I have several raised moles on my face that I find particularly ugly, is there a way they can be removed without leaving a big scar? Apparently various cosmetic surgery groups offer such services it in London, but how do I know which one(s) will do a good job? (I don't have a GP to ask to)
why do you not have a GP? You should get a GP and then go see them and they will sort it out for free for you. Everyone needs a GP, what if you are off work sick? how do you get a sick note?
I had several (and still have some) small moles on the side of my neck. My GP removed the worst ones, in about half an hour, in the surgery. Some sort of electrical device. No problems, no after-effects, no scars, as far as I know. And no charge. (Apart from the electrical one. Boom-boom!!)
Admittedly, such a visible area as your face may require a different technique.
I arrived in the UK about 4 years ago and never bothered to register with a GP because I am rarely ill.
How long does it take? I was hoping to get this sorted quickly, because I'm leaving in 2 months...
i had a couple off my face in australia last time i was there...popped into a skin clinic and he gave me a local anisthetic and just cut em off...just like that! cost me 15!
Still we live in rip off england dont we, so expect to be sent round the houses and then given a massive bill for the pleasure!
