Bruises on soles of feet & palms of hands

Same here too, bruised the palm of my hand, it was agony.

Yip, I staved my thumb and had a bruise that ran from the middle of my palm up to my elbow :-(

yes, you can i have a large one on the sole of my foot.

i cut my hand once on the bit where the thumb ends and you have this soft area (don't ask how) and i had to go to A&E i had to have 5 stitches when it was healing it was bruised for nearly 3 weeks and i hurt like hell even when the bruise was gone and the stitches were out!

warning-be careful with knives!
