black eye

i desperately need to get rid of a black eye by the weekend, any ideas/cures? how long do they last? i had ice packs on yesterday to take the swelling down and i've been applying witch hazel.

The latest mens health (september edition) has a page saying how to get rid of black eyes in superfast time, page 34 to be exact.

what is arnica when its at home and where do i get that from?

you can also get arnica cream that you apply directly to the bruised area. Takes a while to work but does speed up recovery.
