Does the Camera never lie?
10 Answers
Serious question. Do certain pictures make you look worse than you look in real life?, I was looking at some Video footage of myself at the weekend and it made me look very red around the nose and cheeks. I have been known to get a little red but this took the biscuit. I was sure when the footage was taken that there wasn't such a problem. The camera was set on an ultra fine setting. Thanks all.

An ultra fine setting prolly doesnt help either. I find the same thing with mirrors, I can look in one mirror in the house and I look normal and okay and look in another mirror and Im like 'oh my god, I look like something outta the adams family'
I know exactly what you mean!!!! I went out with my work for a team building day and we had a photographer there all day and he took pics of us on the bouncy castle things (we did 'Its a Knockout') and when the pictures got sent round the office afterwards I was thinking 'Sh!t I do not look like that' but everyone in the pics looked exactly how they do in real life! No-one else looked strange! Only me... so I take it to mean that I have a totally different image of myself in my head than the ones in the pics. I like the one in my head. She is pretty! Lol
That remark about the camera adding 10lbs, reminded me of "Friends" when Monica said this very thing, (during her 'fat' stage) and one of the gang retorted, "How many cameras did you have on you, then?!?! lol
This is why I think so many celebs/personalities/tv news/actors are so thin in "real life" because they wish to compensate for the additional (weight) look the camera gives.
