I work 9-5.30, mon to friday. I walk 20 mins to the tram stop, 10 mins on the tram, then 5 min walk from tram to work. the reverse that (5 mins walk to tram stop from work, 10 min tram ride, then 20 min walk home). Do Kung Fu for an hour and a half 2 -3 times a week,and some times spar so thats another hour on top of each class...yet still I do not fall asleep when I get home. Earliest I go to bed on a week day is midnight. I save al;l my sleep for when I go to be to insure a good night sleep
