varicocele

i recenlty had a embolisaton where i has 4 coils - they made a small incision and passed a catheter and inserted 4 coils now the varicocele has gone, however the left vessels are still larger and epidiymis seems larger - the varicocele has gone i know when i cough the vessels use to enlarge now they dont-- i think i had varicocele for 10 years im 29 .

also if a coil has been put in to stop the blood flowing back whats going to happen to those veins - if artery supplies blood to the testicle and then the vein carries away blood if it is blocked will tyhe veins die and rot -
