I am happy i don't need an op on my broken toe, is that ungrumpy enough? lol Cheers everyone for your posts and texts, it's cheered me up! I can chill out for a while now, too many stairs at work to contemplate getting back to work too soon. I can relax all weekend and enjoy a good book.

Im happy today as my boyfriend got up for our teething son in the night and let me sleep.

This weekend im looking forward to a fire cadets drill and parade. Each year they do a drill where they 'rescue' someone from a burning building. They practise for weeks but on the day he surprises them by dressing as a woman and screaming in a high pitched voice from the top windo of smoke house. Its always a good laugh to watch the kids faces when they see him.
