what is codeine most effective with asprin ibuprofen or paracetamol ?

Ibuprofen without a doubt.
Dunno, but if no-one on AB knows, then you could try Phoning NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 and they'd probably know....

I would say paracetamol. Thats why it is made as co-codamol etc because they work well together. Thats coming from years of working in orthopeadics, and dealing with analgesia post-op.
