Birt is correct. If you steeled yourself to drink lots of water, after alcohol or before retiring, you would notice quite a difference to how you felt. If waking during the night, drink more water. In the morning, after you awake - drink more water.
I have never had a hangover (maybe I'm just lucky - who knows), but no matter how much I have drunk, I always drink lots of water. I'm partial to red wine, which in itself can dehydrate your system, so I always try to drink water during the red wine consumption too!

I heard that!! And yes I thought Id have a day with my nephew. And Champagne isnt that weird everytime I go to a party or out drinking I get really bad bruises. The last time I went out I looked at my legs and nothing and was a bit surprised until I got out the bath and turned round infront of mirror and they were all on my bum :-)
