Hi Prinnyhep
I'm glad 'Dr' Chandra is not my doctor as his/her advice is not particulary helpful.
Generally, if you have low blood pressure, then you are more likely to be healthier (and live longer!!) and there would be no reason to need to want to 'improve' it. It is ONLY if it is causing you problems that it would need further investigations - ie, if you get dizzy when you stand quickly or stand up after lying down.
There are actually very few conditions that cause low blood pressure that would need treating and these are usually associated with the symptoms mentioned above. I am presuming you have had your blood pressure taken by a health care professional to know that it is significantly low and if you remain worried (or have symptoms) I would suggest that you go back and have a chat about it.
PS Exercise may exacerbate any dizziness that you do get with low blood pressure
