I'm very lucky in as much I am never moody - whatever the day, circumstance etc. Whereas my brother gets a strop for ages, and lets any argument fester for some time before rallying round...
I like to go away and be on my own, in fact i think i have even started an argument just to get away from a stressful situation and relax, I suppose this is good for me really that I can do this, a sort of in build reaction to have calm.
It takes me ages to get over having an Argument. I have to be on my own and think everything through!! But once I have done that I am fine!!

P.S. tictactoe - Are you in Worthing?? If so, whereabouts as me too!!
In our family it's a gender thing. My mother and three sisters can brood on for days after an argument, whereas my brother and I seem to get over it quite quickly. My mum still brings up an incident from my sisters 18th birthday and that was 9 years ago!!!!!
I have to have some time alone without speaking to the person and maybe have a bit of a cry!
I always try to be all stroppy and quiet, but I usually forget and start laughing and joking again.x
