Hiya Wizard69
Here are my own tips having had these problems .
Mark on calander when they are next due. 2 wks b4 -start pampering yourself(whoops-not you, youre girlfirend)
Relaxation tapes. nice baths, massage.
When the pain and everything starts be ready with hot water bottle for back/front.
Make sure she is eating well as I recently changed my eating habits around that time and Its halved the pain.
Funnily enough since I started taking pregnacare for concieving mine have got a lot better. Im not suggesting she takes them this but it has loads of the B vits in.
Also get her to have a check up at the docs just to check everything is OK below.
I really feel for her as I had so many probs with them in the past.
Hope that helps

My nutritionist recommended several dietary changes that have worked well - such as increasing calcium & Vit. D and decreasing salt, alchohol and caffeine in the week or two before PMS starts. I've had a marked decrease in both mental and physical symptoms of PMS - and for that my husband is very grateful!
