Is he playing hard to get?

I met a guy in a bar last year- we got on great - there seemed to be a mutual attraction. We met up for a drink one evening - then I got a job overseas.

I'm now back in the country and he got in touch....he suggested going out. That day he cancelled on me although did suggest another day. I couldn't make the day he suggested...

Then it all went quiet for 6 weeks. Then he recently got in touch "Have you been Kidnapped, would you like me to rescue you?" I replied with "you can rescue me next week, maybe thursday night" - he hasnt replied, how bizarre when I thought he was keen.

I don't whether because he showed he liked me he has now gone quiet...Anyway, I'm going on holiday next week so I can play it cool...

Any ideas or suggestions?!

If you sent him a reply by way of a txt then how do you know he even got it?? My mobile gives me delivery messages to say that the txt I have just sent has been received,but often they haven't at all.

If it was me I would casually txt him and ask if thursday is still ok as you are away nxt week and so won't be able to meet up again for a couple of weeks.If no reply again then go on your holiday.Or else,you could always ring him!!

He never received my message...he called me and we went out last night
