No, because it is a controlled drug - taking Viagra can have an adverse effect if you are suffering from other symptons or taking other medication, let alone a 12 hour erection (the novelty wears off after six hours, believe me!!)

However, it is possible to by generic viagra over the net quite easily. Just google "Buying Viagra online" or whatever. All that is required here is the signing of a declaration, and you just answer what they want to know.

Not sure they do as I'm pretty sure you need a medical before they are prescribed to you. It can be dangerous for someone to take it unprescribed as blood pressure and the heart need to be checked before taking. If you have an undetected heart defect or high blood pressure you may get more than what you bargained for!!

Don't take that as gospal but pretty sure these are some major factors.

You would be better off going to your Doctors and getting a check and having them prescribed. Better to be safe than sorry.
