Why do my joints, particularly my shoulder and knees click all the time? Is it bad for me?

Persistant clicking is usually a sign of ligament damage or laxity and that the bones are beginning to rub together. This may lead to further degeneration, stiffness and arthritis. If problem persists then I suggest you seek medical advice.
My knees and ankles have clicked for years I havent suffered any real deteriation in my joints because of it but my knees did become painfull about five years ago my doctor prescribed Voltarol which cured the pain but gave me Diarrorea (the sh**s) so bad I had blisters on my bum so I now take Glucosamine Sulphate which renews the Cartilageous joints . My joints still click but they don't hurt now
