I'm going to a 70's fancy dress party, and I have a black and white dress, but what make-up fits in with the era?

blue eyshadow, white eyeshadow, white worn under the eyebrow and blue on the lid. Pale pink lippie, black mascara. Pink blusher.
Are you sure the black and white dress isn't 60's fashion and not 70's? 70's was more brown and orange, tank tops, long collars and pointy cuffs. Or there is the other end of the 70's - punk.
i had a black and white dress in the 70s from dotty p's it was a shift dress with a tie belt and elbow length sleeves. the beatnik dresses the mods wore were bold black and white and geometrical patterns
