My mom met my stepdad on a chatline (a telephone one) before we had the internet and they been together since i was 14ish, im 21 now and even though they have just broken up i have a gorgeous 4 year old brother to show for it :) and im going to always stay in contact with him as he has been more of a dad to me and been in my life more in the last 7 years than my real dad ever has in my life...

I 'met' my bf on faceparty in Feb 2004, we met in person in July 2004 and now we have a 14 month old son and a very happy family.
