dermoid cyst on the back neck? anyone heard or know about this?

i have a small one on my ovary and have done for years - so far been ok - but i have been warned it could get bigger and if i feel any pain then to get it checked. The actual contents of the cyst are not very pleasant though and made me feel a bit ill at the thought - eww.
