thats a new one to me....i took addios tabs and i peed for britain after...they worked for a few weeks and i lost weight but then stopped. i think ill take them again cos im like a giant water balloon at the moment..time of the month!!
yep evening primrose il is excellent , i take it if my boobs feel too heavy and firm, they can be annoying then.
You can buy water retention tablets in supermarkets, chemists etc. Waterfall is a good one, but most of them work. I have to take them from time to time. I also find not eating too much bread helps with water retention.
dandelion is a natural diuretic. I read that in a notice in the loo at my doctor's surgery.

I have seen tablets in Holland and Barrett
You can also get dandelion tea in Holland & Barrett. I can't drink it without a slice of fresh lemon as it tastes dire without but it does make you pee more!
Celery is also a duretic.
