Did you know that many stores retailing alcohol will now not serve under 21s? As that is already a law in the United States i believe it is the most responsible drinking attitude there is. I would also mention that using the word student is misleading, as these days High School children are called students and they are all up to 16 years old. Many students are still under 18 and still in full time education, although it is not compulsory education. There can be no responsible alcoholic drinking for those students as it is illegal.
Underage drinking is an issue that is not just confined to students and to isolate students in your presentation would actually take them out of their natural environment, where they mix with non-students socially.
a general topic of responsible drinking for young people over the age of 18 is too wordy, but suggesting the issue of young people abusing alcohol is confined to those in further education is not very realistic.
