I feel sooooooo dperessed today :( Im home alone and there is nothing to do and nobody to chat with, I feel like crying but cant get it out :(

Quite pathetic don't you think? There are people out there with cancer who probably feel like crying everyday, but carry on with their lives. If you need someone to chat with, call a shrink.

I sometimes think that religion got it all wrong. Sunday isn't the day of peace, joy and good things....it's the day of the demons where everyone gets bored and depressed.

Then again, there's always Answer Bank where you can go around answering questions and then feeling good about spreading your knowledge. Or just show off about knowing more about stuff than them. ;-)

If he's suffering from depression then he doesn't NEED a reason to feel like this, that's what depression is.
Go and "educate" yourself.

Bung some music on ..have a drink ..read a book ....do a crossword ..phone a friend ....cook yourself something nice to eat......think of my neighbour who is practically bedridden with busted ankles from osteoporosis and lives alone. I never her her complain .

That is simialr to what i said shaneystar, except i got a mouthful. My friend who is 15, has advanced leukemia and her hair is all falling out. Her chances of reaching 17 are slim yet. i don't know if she cries but she never complains.

lets hope missyR never experiances a bout of depression.What a sarcastic and rude woman she appears to be.Loneliness and depression can be terrible to cope with and the last thing that is needed is some self righteous jerk telling you to call a shrink.We all know that there is somebody worse off than ourselves but that doesnt make our own problems less real
