which FREQUENTLY asked question irritates you the most ? e,g, how many times are we asked what to say to an employer when taking a day off work it crops up on a very regular basis.

I usually answer the phone in our office within two rings, something I have always done, the person on the other end always says "That was quick, haven't you got any work to do?" Not, "Oh that was quick, very efficient" Humph!

I don't get why we get the same questions coz when you submit one you are asked to scroll down the list and see if it has been asked before - so if it has why ask it again??
