Whats the sure cure? I've read that a clean stomache is far more important in the battle than anything else. Any suggestions. Im having a kinda attack on my forehead.

Remember to exfoliate daily - all you need is a baby sponge or soft body sponge (not the mesh or loofah kind) with your regular cleanser.
Clinique cleansing products are good - if you get anything buy the men's soap for oily skin.
tea tree oil is good for drying out spots without leaving your skin red. Do not use harsh cleansers - they may work for a while but the spots will return with a vengence.

I have a lot of spots on my face that come up before my period. I use Tesco clear skin exfoliating facial wipes (often BOGOF) and then Superdrug spot protection cream. Superdrug also do the tea tree oil and this is good.
However with a name like ChampagneMan maybe you don't have premenstrual spots.
