Daughter's baby

Don't know how many of you will remember my post in May when we were so upset because we thought something was wrong with the baby, then the scan and tests confirmed all was well except for a club foot. Just to let you all know that a little boy arrived at 10.30 this morning. According to his Mum he is absolutely beautiful (of course)
I'll never forget all the support I had from you when I was so worried. Thank you again.

Congratulations! My nephew has just had his first birthday. He also was born with club foot .He received fantastic support from hospital in Oxford and has just taken first steps right on cue. Don't know where your daughter lives but if she lives near Oxford they seem to to have it well sussed. xxx

If you are still on this site I would like to let you know that my daughter is now pregnant (due mid June). I originally said that at 33 my daughter showed no signs of making me a grandmother and you told me to be patient as your daughter was then 35. Well, Kay is now 36 and, after being told she couldn't conceive as both tubes were blocked with scar tissue due to endometriosis and had been put on a waiting list for IVF (she and her partner had been trying for 3 and a half years) she managed to conceive naturally. Not sure who was more shocked. Anyway, all is going well at the moment and I hope this finds you and your family happy and healthy.
