Eye Liner Application ? Make up artists please !!

Hi can anyone tell me the right way to apply eyeliner, the picture of posh recently in the paper (not talking about the skinny aspect) I talking make-up, her eyeliner looked really nice, I end up looking like a clown when I line my eyes, I'm after the pointed feline kinda look for my wedding and want it to perfection....Is it applied just inside the eyelid, on the the lash or below it.....Please

It depends the effect your going for. If you have small eyes, dont apply eyeliner to the very inside of your eyelid as it makes your eye appear even smaller. For wide eyes, smudge the pencil along your lower lashline .. so on the lash kind of. For a less dramatic look, dont go all the way to the inside corner. I like to use liquid eyeliner on my upper lash line aswell, that creates a feline effect however that takes alot of practise. Make sure your sat at a level surface and rest your elbows on the surface as you do it. Hope this helps you a little bit xxx
I agree - dont change your make up too much from normal for your wedding day.
I went to a make up 'professional' and she advised me to buy primer, a paintbrush thing, concealer etc et etc.
All these things made me look not like me and I stuck to the normal natural look but spent more time applying it.
