It's caffine so if red bulls or the like don't agree with you neither will these
x
As Sherry says it is caffiene and you really do know when the tablets wear off. You must not take them if you are on any drugs for high blood pressure.

I find Berocca supplement helps me with an energy burst, great for hangovers too. Find it at Boots...........

i think i'd need a whole bunch!
I have to agree with wardminter here ... banana is good, as is a fresh walk in the air, aslo cold water on your face or a drink of iced water. I think that with all supplements like Pro Plus, you have to be very careful. I do take Pro Plus myself occasionally. The prescribed pain killers I have to take sometimes are very strong and can make me very tired. I then do take Pro Plus if nothing else will wake me up and I cannot take a nap. But this really is the last resort! A healthy diet helps to keep body and mind alert but sometimes a little extra help is needed, just be careful please.
banana or orange juice....

pro plus did nothing for me. just ripped a couple of quid out of my hand and left me as tired as i would have been had i not taken them. if you do use them, you shouldnt consume too much caffine from other drinks... i think it could lead to a caffine overdose.. sorry, i dont know what too much caffine does to us !!!!
