I know that its incurable but are there any foods/suppliments (beside fish oils) that can help to reduce the pain or prevent it from getting worse.what foods can worsen the condition? Any suggestions would be appriciated.thanks...

Look at your diet ,drink plenty of water ,above all keep moving.

shaneystar is right, also avoid too much coffee and keep the affected joints mobile. Often heat pads or cold compresses (like a bag of frozen peas) can help, massages can be quite effective. If you have severe arthritis, there are neoprene braces that can also be of help. They keep the joints warm, increasing circulation to the muscles and reducing pain.
