Touchy Subject...

I dont mean to depress anyone or bring back any horrible memories...

BUT a man has just been knocked down and probably killed outside my office...my collegue was walking past but didnt see what happened - just saw his show and people around him screaming....it apparently looks as though he wont make it.

Things like this scare the hell out of me and just basically send me into shock.

Has anyone witnessed anything quite like this?

Been round quite a few scary things including a friend getting knocked down by a bus and killed when he was just 14, a guy was crushed by a crane and killed outside work and outside other work we had a gangland shooting and a guy crushed by a whole floor of a bulding falling on top of him from quite a height.

Seen lots of quite nasty assaults to including fights on buses which were scary as we were contained with them, one lot ended up going through a window.

Recently some maniac (was on Crimewatch) stabbed a lady 7 times with 2 knives in the lane I used to live down nearly right outside my house. It was sealed off the by the police for days and we had to sign in and out and had a mobile police van but they've still not caught him. Was scary walking up and down there afterwards esp as it was the only way to get to my home, not well lit and you can't be seen in some parts.

Leaves you with a horrible feeling.

when i was 17 i was in my van waiting to pull onto the road and i watched an old woman (who was crossing the road) start running,it seemed like ages but all of a sudden i saw this car skidding and eventually hit her........she flew in the air like a doll and landed in front of my van!! i ran to get someone to call an ambulance ,but she was dead,you could just tell???

another time when i was very young me and another lad was climbing a tree and he fell down, i can still see it now, he just fell and landed on his back, i remember running like a whippet to get help!! the strange thing is....... i cant remember if he was ok??
