Best - honesty, loyalty and caring nature. Unstoppable positive thinker! :o)

Worst - I am my own worst critic and (according to my loving partner) am always saying sorry unnecessarily. Stems from ex-husband who many years ago made me feel I needed to apologise for my existence. :o(
