Medical card

Hi guys
Anyone know how my hubby can get hold of his medical card when he hasnt been to a doctor in approx 15 years n cant remember his last GP or address????? (been to Uni and stuff so moved about alot.....) TIA

Agree with PinkFizz, but forget the bit on the website about contacting your GP - you need to contact your local PCT/health trust or board depending on which part of the UK you live they will issue you with a new one - btw the National Health Service hasn't existed for a while as there are different rules regulations and organizations in the 4 parts of the UK!
