Hair help please

I stupidly dyed my light brown hair black and now I want my light brown back!! Can it be done? I'm hoping to get an appointment at the hairdressers next week but till then if any of you can tell me if it can be done I'd be ever so grateful!

Yeah they will probably have to put a lightening treatment on it first!!!!!

Thanks, sounds expensive but at least I've learnt my lesson!!

If you use very strong shampoo like vosene that might tone it down a bit until you can get to the hairdressers.
I can sympathise. I hate that moment when you unwrap the towel , look in the mirror and go AAARRRGGGGHHH!!

which brand did you use cos one of them has a colour remover which if used pretty soone after will take off the colour that you have just put on, without striping the hair of it's original colour.

I used Schwartzkopf Country Colours! I've just had a google about my dilemma and there are removal things out there but they all seem to be USA based so looks like it's definitely an expensive trip to the hairdresser for me!! Why oh why do I do these silly things to myself?!
